Residential Alteration

Project inception 2025 – Phase 1 completion 2026

RESIDENTIAL ALTERATIONS

House Z is an alteration project that reinterprets a classic farm-style home into a refined contemporary farm retreat. The design approach honours the home’s original character while introducing modern functionality, improved flow, and thoughtfully considered cabinetry solutions tailored for everyday living.

Key service spaces, including the kitchen, pantry, scullery, tack room, and store, are reimagined to balance practicality with warmth, creating a cohesive environment that feels both grounded and elevated.
